Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging. Returns must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items

The following items and services are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstance:

  • Consulting services (including setup, configuration, and remote support)
  • Custom software solutions and downloadable digital products
  • Hardware preconfigured with software such as Home Assistant or ESPHome
  • Custom-built hardware, 3D-printed parts, laser-cut products, or laser-engraved items
  • Fabrication-as-a-Service (FaaS) orders
  • Items marked as final sale or discounted clearance

WolfSmart.io LLC assumes no responsibility or liability for any damage, malfunction, or failure that occurs when customizing or working on customer-supplied hardware. By submitting an item for customization, you acknowledge and accept the risk that the item may become inoperable or otherwise compromised in the process.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via the contact details provided of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a reasonable number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Double-check your bank account
  • Contact your credit card provider—it may take time for your refund to post
  • Contact your bank—processing time may delay your refund

If you’ve taken these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please reach out.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us.
